24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please kindly understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48-72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago! Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. If a client no shows or cancels within 24 hours before appointment, the client will be required to pay 50% of the total for the appointment. For a no call, no show, clients will be responsible for 100% of the service cost. This will not be applied to future appointments.

More than 15+ minutes late to a scheduled appointment will result in rescheduling to ensure proper timing for your reserved time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. These Tusk & Gold Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and are in place to ensure you have the best client experience.

We ask that you please do not bring Children, Pets, Friends, or Family with you to your appointment due to guidelines in salon. Thank you for helping us create an enviroment that is considerate of all client experiences.
